Registration

Start of work:
⁃ After registering personal account on the website https://epaycore.com, all rules, requirements, regulations and supplements of the service are deemed accepted.

Verification

Important information:
⁃ Verification of identity and bank card is only necessary if you want to top up and transfer funds from your wallet balance using Visa/MasterCard.
⁃ Verification of identity and bank card is required due to new requirements of the bank acquiring service provider.
⁃ All requested documents are necessary to prevent money laundering, obtained through fraudulent transactions using bank cards.
⁃ Verification is not available to citizens of the USA, Canada and also countries under international sanctions.

Verification rules:
⁃ Only legal age persons can be verified.
⁃ All provided scans and photos must belong to the account owner.
⁃ All provided scans and photos must be of good quality and without cut edges.
⁃ The validity period of provided documents must be at least 6 months.

List of allowed documents for verification:

Identity verification:
- Passport.
- ID card.

Bank card verification:
⁃ Photo of the bank card, on which the first and last 4 digits of the card number and the expiration date of the card must be visible. If CVV-code is on the same side, it should be hidden the finger or a piece of paper.
⁃ Photo must be taken on a white sheet of paper with the verification date and the name of the service written by hand.

Selfie:
⁃ Selfies must be taken with the document in hand against a white sheet of paper with the verification date and the name of the service written by hand.

Top-up and withdrawal

Top-up using cryptocurrencies:
⁃ All transactions pass AML-check.
⁃ If a transaction is determined to be high-risk, e-wallet ePayCore may suspend the transaction until additional verification.
⁃ e-wallet ePayCore doesn’t accept cryptocurrency with a high-risk. Transactions sent from DarkMarket sites and mixers may result in a total loss of funds.
⁃ All responsibility for high-risk transactions lies on the sender.

Fraud

Unfair use of e-wallet ePayCore:
- E-wallet PayCore does not cooperate with any projects from the DarkNet sphere and with cryptocurrency mixers. In case ePayCore identifies that a client is using the payment system for illegal activities, including fraudulent actions, ePayCore e-wallet has the right to unilaterally refuse further service and block all user accounts.
⁃ E-wallet ePayCore is a payment instrument and is intended only for paying for services and storage of personal savings.
⁃ E-wallet ePayCore is not instrument for enriching one person or a group of people through arbitrage, mining, misuse of shares or any other manipulation of users' balances.
⁃ Transactions of this kind are monitored by ePayCore Security Service and are regarded as intentional financial damage.
- Using the wallet exclusively for transit operations is also prohibited and may result in account suspension.
- Please note that unfair using of ePayCore payment system leads to permanent account blocking with all funds on it.

Supplement

List of goods and services prohibited for service in e-wallet ePayCore:
- Narcotic substances.
- Used cosmetics.
- Malicious software.
- Weapons and ammunition.
- Dangerous and perishable goods.
- Personal data of individuals.
